To ensure the safety of our customers and Decorium team we have taken the following steps:

  • Staff who have been travelling or are feeling unwell remain at home for a minimum of 14 days
  • Delivery team will be wearing gloves
  • Delivery team will be using hand sanitizer before and after each delivery

Are you able to ship orders with the travel restrictions?

With the new government regulations, some shipments are delayed. We are excited to receive our new introductions and our vendors are on standby to ship orders. We apologize for any delays in order delivery and will continue to update you on the status of this.


Is furniture from the United States, Asia and Europe safe?

According to Health Canada, products from countries experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak do not pose a risk. We will continue to follow the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada and will keep you informed of any developments so you can shop with peace of mind.
