We would like to thank Sita Sagarbarria for her assitance when we visited Decorium. We had previously purchased furniture from another store and were advised 8 weeks after the order that the fabric was discontinued. Sita was very helpful in assisting us with choosing fabrics in an effort to avoid re-painting the room. She was very helpful, professional and understanding of our situation.

Hi Angie,
I would like to thank you, on behalf of my Mom, for the delivery of her credenza. It appears to me that the delivery even came early. She is absolutely delighted with the product. Also, your delivery team were exceptionally helpful, efficient and clean, and yes even very friendly....they are to be commended. We had a custom furniture business in Toronto for almost 50 years, and appreciate quality, reliability and most important customer service the way it used to be. Thank you. My Mom was very happy that your delivery team moved her old HD TV, as she is awaiting a new Flat screen, and was going to sell that, that she gave it to your team.

Your guys were great! I am sure you know this, but very polite, courtesy to me and each other, thorough and efficient.
They allowed me to clean up as they went to keep ahead of mess before bed went in, etc. Very heavy piece (dresser) and they were very careful in the house for hardwood floors, walls, etc.
Thank you for your generosity with this process....I know that I will be doing more in the future.

Just to let you know I dropped by the store and spoke with the manager,
Karen. She very kindly cancelled the order for the nest chair. She was very understanding about
my dilemma. So, I now have a store credit and I will probably be in on Friday or Saturday.
I am thinking about a chair you have there, a smaller, leather recliner that I really like. SKU #32148.
So I will order that or something else with my credit note.
I did tell Karen to go ahead and order the bedroom set! I am very excited about it!
All the pieces will fit in the master bedroom.
I received your thank-you note, that was very kind.

How are you doing? It was great meeting you and I truly appreciate
all your help and customer service regarding the Parasol Bed I
purchased yesterday. I left your store extremely happy and so did my
friend Edith. I will definitely send as many friends and family as I
can to you at Decorium.
As per our conversation, I noticed that there is a mirrored armoire on
your website that I did not see in your store. Do you have that
available? The model (sku #) on line is 900558 but I'm not sure if
that's for the bed only. Would you be able to quote me your very best
price for the night table and armoire as well. I was originally going
to mix the pieces up but I once I saw the armoire on line, I may just
come in and finish the set off if the price is reasonable.
On a different note, I referred you to my youngest brother Cristian
who is interested in the bedroom set from Aico called Palais Royale.
I just wanted to give you a heads up that he's going to send you an
e-mail regarding a quote for this. I told him you were a tremendous
help and your staff is so friendly and welcoming.
