I am writing this email to express my thanks and appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Gabriella Gandolfo to me while shopping at your store on October 31, 2011 and today in the delivery and set up of my purchased furniture. While I was shopping at your store last fall, I was fortunate to be assigned Gabriella. I was shopping for furniture for my family room and was unsure of what I style I wanted to achieve in the room. Gabriella spent an amazing 7 hours! with me, patiently waiting on me, answering all my questions, showing me a variety of options and most and foremost, she listened to me and took what I was saying to direct me to pieces that she thought I would be interested in. The result of this fantastic customer service is a beautiful family room that was totally transformed today as all the pieces fit so perfectly in the room. I can't express enough how delighted I am with the result. I am so happy to be in the room surrounded by the excellent choices I made as a result of Gabriella's thoughtful and impactful input in selection.
I had been to many of your competitor stores last year and was deeply dissatisfied by the lack of attention to the customer needs and because of that I decided not to purchase furniture. Because of the excellent customer service and attention to details that Gabriella offered, I ended up purchasing just under $9,000.00 worth of furniture at Decorium and I look forward to buying several more items as long as Gabriella is there to help me put it all together.
It was a really pleasant shopping experience at your store and I am thankful to your professional staff for providing such great service.

I am absolutely delighted with my Decorium furniture selection. The whole design process has been seamless and I have been impressed by the professionalism of Decorium’s staff I have come into contact with, both in person and over the phone.
The design team was extremely knowledgeable and had a very keen eye for detail. The design of my new condominium furniture layout and the various steps through to completion was clearly explained.
It is such a pleasure to deal with a professional family owned corporation that delivers a high quality product. It just does not happen by luck. I know from the industry it is the corporations that are managed by a team of 50-100 in one location always gives you the best quality, service and price.
I arrived today at Decorium at 2:40 and was finished by 4:00, made the initial deposit and was emailed the full invoice information package plus spoke to both the Design Associate and Design Consultant all by 6:00 PM. WOW! No one can do that in the furniture business. Great job.
I noticed things such a publicly displayed Mission Statement which I took the time to read. It said to me Trust, Respect and Integrity. Plain and simple.
You have a terrific website and I am very moved by your corporations’ humble but very generous philanthropy which means so much to me personally.
I will write you again when the next step occurs and will definitely be looking to use Decorium for future projects.

I wanted to write this letter to express my gratitude towards you.
I was in Decorium last Saturday (Aug 7th) in search for the perfect leather sofa for my living room. I saw something I liked, but it was very much out of my budget. A sales lady at your store showed me a few other options, but they were not what I was looking for.
I went to several other stores and saw many sofas, but I had my heart set on the one in your store. So, I came back to Decorium, the following day (Sunday) along with my parents to get their view on this sofa. They loved it! It was a busy day at your store and the sales lady was kind enough to stop by and talk to me briefly about the sofa. I was asked to look at the color options in leather. I chose the color I liked, but when the lady came around again, I was told that the price would go up by $2000.00. I was disillusioned and decided against the purchase.
We were on our way out when we were introduced to you. I asked for your advice on the sofa, since I had learnt that with my choice of color, the price would increase significantly.
You asked all the right questions, and knew what you were talking about. You showed me samples of less costly options that were available in leather. This in turn dramatically lowered the cost of the sofa. (even less that the listed price shown).
Furthermore, you said that there was a 20% discount offer! That was what sealed the deal. So, not only did I get the sofa I really wanted within my budget, but also with an additional discount. I was a very satisfied customer!
Thank you for being an excellent listener. Thank you for your time. Your patience is admirable. Your knowledge of the products you represent is evident. My experience after you arrived on the scene was a fun one and one that I will always remember.

We had previously purchased furniture from another store and were advised 8 weeks after the order that the fabric was discontinued. Hi Angie, I would like to thank you, on behalf of my Mom, for the delivery of her credenza. It appears to me that the delivery even came early. She is absolutely delighted with the product. Also, your delivery team were exceptionally helpful, efficient and clean, and yes even very friendly....they are to be commended. Your guys were great! I am sure you know this, but very polite, courtesy to me and each other, thorough and efficient.
They allowed me to clean up as they went to keep ahead of mess before bed went in, etc. Very heavy piece (dresser) and they were very careful in the house for hardwood floors, walls, etc.
Thank you for your generosity with this process....I know that I will be doing more in the future.
